Our North Star

Confident Kids Who Speak Up

Building tomorrow’s leaders through English immersion, responsibility, and adventure

The Big Picture

We believe every young person has a North Star. Our vision is to help children find theirs through joyful summers filled with belonging, discovery, and growth.

Nature & adventure

Confidence that lasts

Each week ends with something children created themselves — something real they are proud of.

New every week

Every week introduces a new theme and new challenges. So each week feels like its own story. And every camper becomes part of it.

Your camper’s safety and security is our ultimate priority

  • We keep camper supervision intentionally close, with small-group ratios, staff in each zone, and structured check-in/check-out throughout the day.

    • Small groups:‍ ‍1 adult for every 6 campers

    • Active supervision: staff are always scanning, moving, listening, and supporting

    • Clear zoning: arrival, activity, outdoor, quiet, bathroom-route, and pickup areas are all supervised

    • Headcounts at transitions: especially before movement, trips, and pickup

    • Secure pickup: children are released only to authorized adults

    • First-aid coverage:first-aid-trained staff and supplies are available whenever camp is in session

    • No blind spots: children are supervised in visible, structured settings throughout the day

  • We do not rely on loose supervision or informal handoffs.

We use a clear system: tight ratios, active oversight, secure pickup, and first-aid readiness.

  • Safe, structured, and personal — so children can build confidence and independence in the right environment.
